It appears that the page was filled in first lightly and then altered.

Bischoff and 64 and Artist seem to have been added in a different pen to the entry for Ferdinand.

Then there is a "blank" line and finally the entry for Charles.

I think if you put your mind to it, you might see that something was written in the "blank" line below Ferdinand.

Certainly the box "Whether born in same county" has been filled in with yes on the "blank" line.

I can not remember seeing an 1841 census entry with blank lines, except at the end of a page.

Maybe, the surname Bischoff originally appeared in the 2nd line and it's been rubbed out.

The totals at the foot of the page do add up to 24 - not 25 which would the total if all the rows were filled in.
